I was interested in this (http://www.thisissouthwales.co.uk/southwalesnews/Film-star-Anthony-Hokpins-s-supporting-role-drama-group/article-1301241-detail/article.html) story about Sir Anthony Hopkins, which states he got into theatre and acting when he saw a play at a working men's club that his father had sent him to in order to learn to play snooker.
If things had worked out differently, Hopkins could have been world champion.
By the same token, Ray Reardon could have been Hannibal Lecter (or more likely Dracula).https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/29605452-2940192760438105511?l=snookerscene.blogspot.com
