IBSF 2010 Tournament Dates and Venues ???

Hi just wondering does anyone know where the IBSF Tournaments will be played in 2010 and where?
On the IBSF website it has in the Closing Ceremony Speech (http://www.ibsf.info/cgi-bin/ibsf.pl?A=Blog&ID=106) that the 2010 world championships in will be in Syria for men and women, but does that include the under 21's as well?

It's really not very satisfactory that so many important snooker websites, eg IBSF, and Global Snooker (what was once an excellent snooker resource for worldwide snooker) are just totally out of date and lacking in useful information. Very frustrating not being able to find what you want. IBSF site still refers to things that 'will be happening' last summer!
