Is there a reason why the "Quick Reply" box is now headed "Direky Antworten"?

It's been like that for ages, I know they have been developing a German forum so something has probably got mixed up.

When I installed the German language pack a few months ago on this site it messed a few things up, try changing your language with the drop down box (bottom left) to German (DE) then back to English (EN) that should resolve the problem, if not let me know.

I came across another German bit yesterday, somewhere on the PM screen. Don't recall exactly but I think there is Submit (in English) with whatever the German for Preview is next to it!

Yeah, I've noticed a few German words scattered across the forum. Nothing major, I've been on the forum longer enough to memorise what each word says!
