My flag isnt working

I noticed that some peoples flag is working, how do I get my to show up?

I think you click on "settings" or "control panel" up in top right corner, then click on "edit your details" over on left hand side, then choose your country on the drop down menu, then scroll down and click "save changes".........that should do it .....maybe :)
