Trevor is famous for not answering emails, so i wouldn't worry too much there, he will get back to you when cue is ready.
Liam is currently selling a cue on ebay, maybe you could contact him thro there, here is link to cue

Don't really know how to reply to this one, but for starters i'm sure if you've ordered your cue from Trevor directly that money is safe he is just very busy & has a long waiting list so i really wouldn't worry about that part.
Can't answer about the case though i'm sure you will get an answer now you've put this thread up.
Sorry i can't be of anymore help.

Thanks for your help. I have contacted LIAM through Ebay as the hotmail I have for him appears to be redundant

I've also got £100.00 deposit with Trevor White. He hasn't sent me a comfirmation of the deposit but to be honest I'm not a bit worried about it. I know from my business that answering e-mails can take up A LOT of time. If Trevor spent this time every day responding to e-mails the wait would just get longer and longer.
Chill.
Dave.

Thanks for your reply whic makes me feel better. I will try and be a little more patient for my dream cue but I would love to have had it sooner. I know it will be worth the wait. Would you advise that I send a short email to trevor or leave it?
