How many times has someone been in the position:

X - 60 | Y - 69

when only the black is left, and X comes back to the table, Y misses the black, and X pots it and wins?

Not necessarily those scores, but how many times has someone come back to the table when only the black is left and somehow got the points (i.e. by 'knuckling' the opponent in the jaws of a pocket)?

None, I would think, because any foul on the black finishes the game.

Ah yes - of course.

Ok, how many times has someone fouled on the back because their opponent has come back in?

once a player is more than 7 points behind when the black remains the leading player calls the frame therefore the losing player doesn'tt get a shot.

It's one of those snooker etiquette things. If you're more than 7 behind when the pink is potted, the game is called.

It couldn't happened
foul on black=finish the game
