2006....Good or Bad year?

So,m after christmas, comes the new year, I don;t want a review, just a quick good or bad, how has your 2006 been?

I cant vote cause its pretty even as all years before, good if you compare it with the years 1940 - 1945!

Good year for me , some of my dreams came true, some didn't ...so i am still hoping to see them happening...
Every year has it's bad moments , there were a few this year also , but at the end of it i find myslef healthy and smiling ..so i am not complaining !
I hope all years to come will be at least as good as 2006 was .:)

Regarding snooker ...yes ...it's been a very sad year! :(

2006 has been a good and bad year for me. Its not been my worst year, but it has not been my best either. I live in hope that 2007 is going to be a good year (fingers crossed)

Overall a pretty darn good year. My company started making some money, wife got a new job that pays 50% more than her previous, some of the work on our house got completed. Nobody got sick or died in my family (touch wood 2007 will stay that way).

On the downside, Harper won the general elections in Canada but that balanced out with the Republicans losing big in the US... so I guess that's a mixed bag as far as I'm concerned.

We raised a record amount for a charity that I'm involved with so that's been really good.

Snooker-wise, obviously a very tragic year with Paul Hunter's untimely death. I hope we'll have no news of that sort in 2007. I'm also hoping that the game bounces back in popularity here in Canada as its popularity is being eroded by American Pool.
