  • Acuerate cues 'Classic'

I have recently bought an Acuerate 'Classic' and have been disappointed to say the least. The problem was the dimensions of the cue which I had given painstakingly over the telephone(for over an hour) to Belgium was all inacuerate!! iI have been trying to phone and email on several occasions to no avail Has anybody experience this recently?

      Hello Gary

      Small world hey....

When you pay them prices you do expect very good customer service and the spec you give to be at least close.

        hi gary,

i think "the over the telephone" bit is the issue here, normally with such orders, one needs a documented proof of what has been ordered, so maybe u should have also faxed the specs that u ordered & kept a copy of the document

don't know what can be done but my advice is keep trying & send an official complaint to Accurate and mention that you expect a certain level of customer service and that this issue will probably affect their reputation... i'm sure any decent cue maker wouldn't be too happy if their reputation is smeared over one of the most popular snooker forums in the world, would they?

I have the emails confirming all the dimensions of the cue. I have been invovled in snooker since 1979 and have never dealt with such a company. they are very convincing over the phone but once you have paid.. Hasta lavista baby tough luck...

            Gary,
Do you mind to describe in what items are they out of spec? length, taper, tip size etc etc?
            Just for sharing infos, cheers.
