  • Cues

Hi was jst wondering if anyone could give me their opinion on two cues I am deciding between...

The first cue is a Riley Burwat Platinum 1 and the second is a fcsnooker cue, the 59 series. If anyone has any opinions or info would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks
    Jordan

Any1? Lol... Are Riley good cues to buy? I have been playing a while but I have never really been into cues, I jst played with the one I had, so I dont really know much about them. I'm jst attracted to the way the cue looks

Play with the cue you are comfortable with. If you can, try both cues, see which one you like.

I don't know about either TBH, but I was talking to a team member the other night. I have a BCE cue, £80, he has a £350 custom made cue. I love mine, he want's to sell his after 3 months.
It's all down to personal preference at the end of the day.

Sorry if this isn't any help!

Buying anything without seeing or trying it first will always be a bit of a gamble and all you can go by is its looks, the makers reputation and referal.
I think the gamble more often than not pays off when you go for an accepted as top grade thing especially with a cue as it's lifetime is so very long and a second hand one and with the money your looking at shelling out will get you a very very good cue made by a real craftsman.

As far I know Burwart Platinum costs around 140-150 pounds.I would recommend u to buy Master cue 'Pro butt' or 'Millineum' series. They are very good cues and worth their price.
