  • Frustration

    Hello Potters,
just to share a little grief with you and i hope you can help.
i used to play a lot and making 30+ in every frame.
cos of work ,i dropped snooker a bit but recently i was playing very well again.i play on the national level and i'm in top 10.
last week i lost a match and i played so badly. As if i could not play at all.
it's very frustrating to have lost against a player whom i can beat but felt bad i lost without competing.
have u ever faced that situation?
    pls help.

    regards,
    Djamil

We came in first in our league this year for the first time in 9 years. Every year we are in the top 3 until the final part of the year when we lose focus and fall behind, when we should be increasing focus and trying to win. Everyone loses to guys they should be able to beat, don't be discouraged because you had a bad night. Get more sleep before your next match, drink less, wash your hands more, wear clean pants... whatever you need to do to allow yourself to focus more.

      Hi Djamil,

There is a whole thread on it here.

I have experienced it before, but make sure you are relaxed and not trying too hard.
