  • Missing easy ones

    Hi

I play snooker once a week for around a year now.
I made pretty much progress regarding the positional play.

But I still have difficulties potting some pretty easy balls, like a 1,5 meter pot with an angle of 160°. I always use the ghostball method to aim, but I'm not sure anymore if I shouln't just put the easy ones only relying on intuition. I mean in situation where you can focus the white ball, the red ball and the pocket.

What would you suggest to improve the success on easy pots?

    Thanks

    Stefan

Dont take them for granted !!

Playing once a week for one year you will have developed some instincts, but you will have some way to go to get to the level of someone like Tony Drago, who at his best seemed to know where to hit without even looking...

But the instinctive way of playing isnt ever going to be the most consistent way..
