  • Buffalo Diamond Plus Tips

I was looking at what ADR147 has for sale on his Ebay shop, and I came across these Buffalo Diamond Plus tips. Does anyone one use them? and are they up to much? :snooker:

Me too. Best tips I've played with for a long time.

How do the BDs & Wooldridges compare ADR? softness? consistancy?

              Hello,

I don't see these tips being widely available. Where are they sourced from? ...and are they available in 9.5mm and 11mm?

10's are a bit small for me. My cue is 9.5 and i have trouble trimming a 10. If i can't get 9.5, i think 11 would be ok.

they are very good - a little expensive for a pressed tip but then you get what you pay for!

I've just sent some to Recoil so's he can try them on his new TW, so I'm sure we'll get a report sometime soon.

Lol I just replied on another thread, here you go:

I find Blue Diamond Plus tip much more softer than the Elk, even softer than the Super Tip.
If you rate "softness" by the amount of spin you get from the same shot power or side applied, BD Plus is by far the winner here in my own experience.
Having tried the above mentioned tips, I will stick to the BD Plus in the future.
Choosing the right tip depends on your playing style, the cue, etc, and the BD Plus is just perfect for me. It really bites the cue ball..

                            Thanks for the tips Keith!
