    Im really quite annoyed with the service of the cuemakers ES billards @ alibaba.com

    i recently bought an extension from there where they sent it over to me from china.
    the extension was broke so they said they would send me a new one free of charge. but then they are trying to charge me again for delievery, 50% of it to recieve a new one.

    WHY can't they pay for it as it was their fault for the absolutely poor packaging.
    its an aliminuim extension which was wrapped in 1 sheet of bubble wrap and a thin layer of cardboard.
    or why cant the courier service pay as they are the ones that damaged it?

    what do you guys make of this?
    and any idea what i do next? ive emiled them saying its very un reasonable as i am not at fault, its either themselves or the courier service
