  • Hello All

    Hello All,

I thought that I would join TSF as I have heard from a lot of people who use it.
I have helped a few people within professional sport around building confidence, dealing with nerves and finding motivation with excellent results.

I’m hoping that I may be able to help those on here who are looking to improve their game and to meet a few new people who love snooker.

These things are probably my failing. I've made century breaks, I've beaten quality players but I always have doubts in the back of my mind and they always seem to make it to the front of my mind under presure!!

        Any help would be appreciated

We can certainly talk over it, those problems are obviously some of the most common within any sport, infact with most things we do.

can you send and recieve private messages on here ?

Thinsy, ill try to get my posts up and get back to you if your serious.
I would normally carry out a small assessment to gain an idea of how the person feels they are getting on, where they feel the problem is and what they are looking to achieve amongst other things, then id have a talk about how we can go forward.

I'm always interested in improving.... I play for enjoyment, and only compete at league and county level. However, I do have a competitive streak!!

Advice/help at whatever level is always welcome. Keep building up those posts!

Hi Sport Focus and welcome to TSF!

It's always nice to have new members, and all input is welcome, especially within the realm of sports psychology. I'm sure you're gonna become very popular!! Are you a player yourself or more of a spectator?

Enjoy your time here, it's a good place.

                      Hi Keith, thanks for that.

Ive always played a little for fun and have always loved the sport, it has kind of been in the family really so i have been brought up with it in many ways.

Ive been working in roles of supporting other people for around 15 years now and really enjoy being able to use this within snooker and other sports.

                      Its nice to be here.
