Williams tip?

Does anyone know what type of tip Williams is using. I am watching his slaughter of Jamie Cope and just can't make it out? Does anyone have a definitive list of tips used by pros and can someone kindly resend the list/link of cues used by the pros at the moment. Cheers

I wanted the talisman tips for my new cue from Trevor White. Unfortunately the waiting time is ridiculous and the original excitement about having a hand-made cue has now gone.
