  • Virgo's neck?

I've really been enjoying the Classic Shots from Years Gone By contest the commentaors have been playing this week, but does anyone know what the problem with Virgo's neck is? I have an older brother who suffers from a condition known as ankylosis spondylitis which basically means the cartilage between his vertebrae are hardening, and it makes me wonder if John is suffering from the same condition.

I had heard it was due to a fall at a panto he was appearing in. Apparently 2 or it may have been 3 actors fell on top of him, which obviously had caused damage to his neck.

If I find the link I will indeed post it on this thread for you..

        Thanks very much, spike.

Couldn't gather from that article when this happened, but I'm guessing Virgo's neck will recover fully? Rather tragic if his condition is going to be permanent

I dunno if he will recover, his neck has been like this since last year at least, he was suffering when i went to the legends in cardiff last may, seems worse now.

This made me laugh from the article ...lol..
