  • cue craft thor any good

    hi there im wondering if any one has got one of these cues or no anything about them.
    im looking for a cue craft cue and saw this one for £90 delivered with 2 extentions, but dont no whether theres a better cue in there range ie one made in this country not an import
    any help would be greatful

    hi there im new to the forum and dont no how to send a message directly. i need help from snookerpoolman i here he is a cue craft rep and would like his advice.
    i have a cue craft sherwood cue which has started to warp slightly, it has been well looked after and dont no why basically i need to no 1:if it can be straightened by cue craft
    2:do cue craft just sell shafts.

      Hi, About your warping cue do you mind me asking how you store your cue? This may be the cause for the warp And you have to post 10 post before you're able to PM someone so the best way to do it is really just to go to some threads with pictures of cues and compliment them that's probably the fastest way to do it Good luck.

        Hi there I bought the cue second hand about three weeks ago and I bought it with a slight bend at the tip nothing major it plays fine but in the last week the bend is getting slightly more I always keep the cue in a cue craft case and stored in my coat cupboard there is no radiator in there and no cold spells so I'm unsure y it is bending all help would be much appreciated

          Sounds strange I'm not the greatest expert about these thing, but good luck with getting it sorted

            one way of straightening cues is by sanding the cue then soaking the cue in water for a day or two then suspend weights from one end and suspend it from the ceiling for a few days, gravity then does the work.

            Be aware though this doesnt always work and can screw your tip up, so maybe be better to send it to a cue doctor, depends on if you have faith :-)
