Does anyone know where i can watch the welsh snooker online 4 free? have found various sites but it always ends up being fulla ads and no snooker actually shows..cheers

Now mind you this isn't going to get you live viewing of the Welsh which you will have to get from Haha or Lemon but I have watched other web televised matches this way (like Masters, WC, etc).

Install Tor and re-configure so you can proxy out of UK. Then you can watch daily highlights from the BBC on iPlayer.
