  • Frustration in match

Ive noticed that when I play against someone my brain finds one little thing about that persons game that is wrong and I seem to fixate on it and that puts me off.

People seem to be able to get in my head when I play them....

    Anyone experienced this?

    How did you change this?

Focus on that which you can control: your cueing and your thinking. Yes, snooker is a competition against someone but ultimately it's meant to be your servant only. Play within yourself and within the rails - regardless of opponent. That's the game within the game.
