  • PJ Nolan Practice Routines

    http://www.dunns-cues.com/pics/Senior.pdf

Was talking about these this morning so inspired to start a thread now.

Has anyone seriously set out and tried to hit the pro standard on some or all of these routines?
That's my current plan to spark a bit of interest in solo practice.

And I've just made my TSF 147 with this post.

I tried it but i am stuck in one exercise and got really slow in progress, but it is a good way to keep me on track rather than randomly practicing

Glad I could help with the routines, I'm sure I picked up the link originally from this site.
Anyone that wants to post their best scores come back to this thread, might be good to get a bit of competition going.

            The routines I've tried are:

            No. 1 - 99
            No. 2 - 17
            No. 4 - 75

Line-up 136 can't remember the rest just now but i'll update later.

Jeez...there sure are a lot of practice routines there! I'll have to print these off and give them a try one-by-one (after I get some ink cartridges for my printer that is).

Terry, it would be good to get your opinion of them
I have given a few a go in the past but I tend not to take paper with me down the various clubs I go to, so forget these.
                cheers
                Up the TSF! :snooker:

I printed the Senior and the Junior practice routines, laminated them and binded them into booklets. the senior ones i found a bit tough for me at this time as i am not up to the standard, however the junior routines are more suited to me, i have been through a few. i keep a record using the charts that are in the program so i can gauge progress.

I like the idea that they are split into categories so you can work on different aspects of your game. I love them, they have helped me

                    Hi Alabbadi

I like you laminating idea, think I'll do this myself!

I have downloaded the senior pdf as above, are you saying there are separate Junior ones or are you just referring to the score you get coinciding with the with that level?

                    Regards Repy
