Just thought I would let everyone know after a one year battle I have finally received a full refund from Richard at aurora cues!
I ordered my cue over 18 months ago and has been a hell of a battle which has payed off. Constant emails and facebook messages on nearly a daily basis has resulted in a refund.
Would like to know if anyone else has had success? I originally ordered my cue through Airin who supposedly passed away! Dont know if this is true or not!!!!

Good on you Les, it was a real shame how Aurora turned out. Nice cues, but over promised it seems.

that is if Airin actually existed in the first place!
there was a whole long thread about whether he was a real person or not, or was it just Richard on his own all along?

Never existed, just a figment of Richards imagination to pass the blame onto imo

Don't know the story, but they are two lovely cues, can't beat the classic ebony, looks great when it's all polished up.
This is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!

Unfortunately it appears Richard may have been mentally unstable to invent a person if true, no one from Canada on here who knows the story for certain..? To be fair the cues look nice but appear to be thai spliced... =p
Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning...
