Mastercraft Extensions?

Does anybody know if mastercraft share their extension fittings with any other brand?

I have e-mailed them and phoned them and left messages on numerous occasions for months now trying to order a tulipwood mini butt and telescopic extension but no response....... a very similar experience to when I had the cue made!

its getting a bit daft now, I guess they do not need my business so i'm looking to spend my money elsewhere.

so i'm looking for extensions that will fit my cue, new or used is fine.

if not I will be putting the cue up for sale ........................

Feel your pain mate. Been there many times with Mastercraft, terrible customer service and communications. Never answer the phone and never respond to e-mails.

From what I can gather they make a lot of cues badged up for other businesses, I think that matchplay cues are made by mastercraft and possibly one or two other set ups like this. ADR should know, as far as I know he is still an agent for them, so I think your best bet is to contact him as he probably has a few extensions that will fit.

I got the cue through him..... I have asked him in the past but he just refers me directly to them now, think he gets the same poor service tbh.

I guess if you say you've tried contacting them but to no avail, seeing as though he sold you the cue the least he could do is sort you an extension. If he can't get through to them then I don't see how he can be an agent for them!

Just to let you know though, I never had an extension with the cue I had from them, but I had a cue made by Richie (mac cues) and the extension I had from him fitted the mastercraft. Its not perfect but it screws into the butt fine and is solid enough which to me is all that matters.
