          I would say you could cut it out very carefully then scrap off any excess glue with a blade or it could be a fake badge.

            Looks genuine to me and could be removed very cleanly when you are not bothered about damaging the cue, any glue deposits could be scraped off just as Darren suggested.

            At least we all know to look out for this number.
