  • Omin Cues

Looking for some advice. My Sister will be over in India on business for the month of January and I am thinking on ordering an Omin cue and having her bring it home with her. Looking for advice on what is their best cue? They have a few models to choose from. Look forward to your replies.

The "Hunter" model is the most expensive, maybe around £500 ???

Fact 1 - Omin are Thai

Fact 2 - Hunters are their top range. They are starting to have ultimates as well.

Yes there are a lot of OMIN FAKES around someone on the FORUM stated that they have given their licence to CHINA so you are getting the situation where some have been made in Thailand and are original OMIN cues, some have been farmed out to CHINA, and some are out and out Fakes, and no body knows who makes them. they even have the deep etching Omin logo on the joint. If you get a puka Omin they are great cues ! BUT BEWARE !!!!!

Going by the quality of Omin cues I think its quite easy to differentiate between a fake and real. Even with the logo being copied. You just know its a real when you pick it up.

Yes but a little tough to do when I am in Canada and the cue is comming from Overseas. That's why have been dealing with Stuu Green from Green Baize. I know he will look after me.
