  • Ye old ash 2nd edition on ebay

£155 with 9 days to go, any guesses on final price ?

although the seller says no offers to buy it now I get the feeling if someone offered a decent amount they would sell it immediately.

If it runs to its conclusion then I'm thinking about £700 because it does look to be in fantastic condition and unaltered which is very rare these days. Could be more but its a 2nd edition so really it shouldn't be silly money, unlike a 1st which would get a few grand comfortably.

My guess is £320 (mainly due to the faded badge).

A better photo of the badge would be good to see.

My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins.
      I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)

That is what I think it is worth and what I would pay for it.

          What is your guess then?

I'd say around £700, based on pure guesswork

Good specs and playable, I think well over £600 maybe 4 figures?

The seller could get more interest if better pics were posted IMO

I think over £400 is too much. Still it could sell for more.

For a first edition I would think it would be around the £1000+ mark. If in good condition then up to £2000.

The way I look at it is these cues are highly sought after, and collectors rather than players are buying here. The fact its unaltered, in great condition apart from the badge and has playable spec means this will gain a lot of interest. The stumbling block is the pics and the time of year, many people out of pocket after xmas could mean some collectors are priced out of this. £700 is realistic and I'd be very surprised if it goes for a lot less.

I paid £400 for mine with a completly faded badge, just had reinked by tony glover looks the business now.i also bought one for about £350 + petroleum and time ,so 400-450 seems about right.
