  • Info/advice on a Fred Davis Cue, please.

    Hi everybody

Was hoping someone here could help with a bit of history or info on this cue.

Basically have acquired it after my club cracked open the old snooker case racks that had been unused for years.
Mostly cheap argos specials and the like but this one looks a bit different.

Its a Fred Davis Cue Stamped by Thurston &Co, EAClare+Son, Thos Padmore+sons, think these all fall under the Thurston Mark?
Its Maple, machine spliced, 58", Stamped 17oz, has a pretty wonky ferule but all in all in pretty good nick.

Any info regarding history, age would be appreciated.

Have attached a coupe of pics

    Cheers in advance
    Andy
