  • Has this cue been discussed before

I was just wondering if this hunt and obyrne cue has been discussed on the forum before? I think the joint looks genuine but the badge looks poorly fitted. I have had a badge refitted by Parris cues after a resplice but it looked a lot better than this. Do we think this is genuine?

It's such a shame that because of all the fakes about the H&O cues don't quite hold the glamour like they used to before IMO. The joint looks ok but think it's always a risk buying one of these, these days and think prices might reflect this before long.

Well it has already been modified by Parris with splices added, so now how can it be classed as "genuine" O'Byrne ??
Now it is just a playing cue worth £300 ??? (in my opinion of course )

Looks ok . Joint looks spot on . But as JRC says ......value greatly affected by adding splices .
