  • Niche cue unboxing

The feeling of unboxing makes me feel excited.. seems like a child opening present. lol..
Got home from work, saw the parcel in my room

3 weeks back, had ordered a Niche laminated shaft with plain ebony and some accessories.
Well, some stuffs missing (It's ok... I'm more interested for the cue, the rest I will chase after them )

    My ordered spects:
    1) Tip - 9mm to 9.3mm
    2) Shaft - Laminated shaft
    3) Butt - Ebony only
    4) Butt dia - 30mm
    5) Cue lenght - 57"
    6) Weight - 18oz to 18.5oz

Niche has got all of the above spects correct.
The excitement is too much for me to handle, called up my friend and head down to our usual club for testing.

I had the first try.. SOLID..
Screw, stun, top spin, sides.. Incredible~ all was done effortlessly.

2 friends (Staffs in the club) saw my cue, request to try.
Friend A: "wow.. nice, very nice. Smart looking cue"
Friend B: "Solid! Very solid.. must be expensive"

Finally, Friend C came (an hour late)
Saw my new cue. Same thing, "Can i try your cue?"
Friend C's respond same as above.

Had an hour game with the cue and left home as a happy boy.
Can't play more, got to work early next day.. sad..
Still trying to get use to the cue.. so no high break, only testing

    Overall, I'm a satisfy customer.
Niche's staff respond is fast and coversation was clear.

    Yes, the pics:

Till then, this shall be my main cue.
Thanks for reading and happy potting ig:

Of course playability is what cue stands for but Im in 2 minds on wether laminated cues are a bit much. probably just me but they kind of take a snooker cue looking like a snooker away so to speak.

Lol.. move on guys. Improving is human's way of surviving.
                It's just personal preference.
Same like black ferrule or fancy butt.
Or the other way round, mobile phones.. new gimmicks are hitting the market and most of us are enjoying it don't we. We may not get use to it at first, but now.. it not only serve the funtion to call or msg.
Just my opinion guys, peace out
