  • New Cue and Case underway

Expecting these some time next week. Don't remember when exactly I made the order for that cue but it's been very long (approx. 18 months) since the first cue they produced developed a blemish. Case was added on a later stage.

This is very likely my last purchase of a snooker cue so I have high hopes it will play as good as it looks

I will probably put up for sale most of my cues and cases in the near future so stay put.

Looks like a stamford to me Neil.

I have to say it does look a beauty, not a bad last cue. Hopefully it plays well for you!!

Any idea what price a plain black ebony ash cue would be from Stamford . Never put prices on their website .

I haven't a clue, would guess around £500 for a series 1 though. I've seen a couple in the flesh and they were both very nicely made

I've had a Stamford price guide actually sent to me this morning. It's £432 for a standard series 2 and £672 for a series 1 cue.

              Thanks for that Matt .

              £672 for a plain ebony cue !!!

Seems a tad expensive compared to others . Very nice cues though .

Can you upload the price guide ?

Stamford it is. I'm also surprised about the price for the plain ebony series 1. I paid 709 GBP for mine and it's a series 1. So just 40 GBP difference between a plain and such a complicated splicing is strange.

What do you guys think of the case? Might be too colorful or loud for some but I thought i'll go out loud

Yes the prices are different for UK and overseas must be VAT as Neil says but don't let anyone tell you different your cue and cue combination is stunning.

Well that's put me off getting one . Probably just go and get another Trevor White . Shame really as I have heard nothing but good things about Stamford cues . But that is the joys of choice I suppose .
