always have liked the Olympic Permac badge
fibre ferrule - is this reflecting the MacMorran pool cues that Peradon took over in the 50s, just before the Permac tradename cues came out?
      nice find Gary

with the recent bid for Olympic games inclusion; it is interesting to note that this Permac Olympic cue was - in my opinion - to commemorate the inclusion of snooker at the Olympic Games for the Paralysed, Rome 1960. Mr Keeton and Mr Shelton from Great Britain won the Gold and Silver respectively

its definitely getting harder to find a bargain at the boot sale now most of the cues that i see are cheap bce or Riley cues

Wouldn't say its stupidity, alot of the time the sellers know nothing about cues and they've been left to them by relatives or found in the house when they've moved in, not everyone cares about cues, to those people its just something to get a couple of quid for.
