  • Gary Taylor

Just bought a cue from a member of this forum. It's a Gary Taylor and I'm very happy with it (got it today actually, So that's my first impression :-) I feel like I finally have a really nice cue in my hand when I play. But I know absolutely nothing about this Gary Taylor. The only information I have is that he is called the cue doctor. And that he made a cue to Stuart Bingham some years ago.
If you have some information and some history about this Gary Taylor? I would be interested to know.
Do you have any personal experience with his cues? if so? What is your impression

    Excuse any typos :-)
    Regards/Ronnie

Do not know how to post pictures? I try, but they are apparently too large.

        This might work?

have you a little more information about this Gary Taylor. Do you know if he still makes cues? Is he known in England as a good manufacturer of cues? etc., etc.

not that well known, like John Parris (but then no other cuemaker is as well known as JP - superb marketing back in the 80s ), I believe he is still making cues but only on order, from his shop in Westcliffe, Southend.
apart from making Stuart Bingham's cue, that is about all I know.
Hopefully a TSF member local to Southend may have further info

if you play well with it, then that's all that counts.

Post #11 in a previous thread did surprise me though.

So then I do not know if this is a china cue, or a handmade cue by Gary Taylor.
                              Hmmm ??
