  • Hello I'm new to the forum 😀

Hello I am Stephen from Manchester but live in Scotland. I predominately play English pool however I am looking to play snooker because I feel it is the ultimate test in cue sports. I would like to improve upon my highest break of 38. I just recently purchased a cue from adr147 and I will review that in the cues section.

Hello DeanH. I live in the Scottish Borders so Midlothian is easily accessible and the surrounding areas.

Hello Snooker man Steve. I bought a ebony 3/4 cue. I'm not a big fan of decorative splicing so I decided to get a plain looking cue. On my first impressions I feel it is fantastic value and a lot of cue for not much money.

Hello culraven. Unfortunately it is not one of the TSF cue. It was out of my budget. However I got the predecessor model and it is fantastic.

Don't know where in the Borders you are ,or if your looking for a club nearish you, but if your Peebles way or Biggar, there is a club in Penicuik, I can't vouch for it nowadays but 30 odd years ago when it opened it was nice

That's the pool player in you talking, a couple of months on here and you'll easily find luxuries you can live without to fund your cue habit!

I must admit after buying the cue. I now understand why people own so many cues. Although for the foresable future I hopefully have found my forever cue.
