  • Essential Diet and Nutrition for Better Stamina...

    In past few Months..Problem I am feeling with my Stamina...start to feel very tired after 5 or 6 frames and sometimes My Brain starts Wobbling :hurt: and like after few minutes rest it becomes normal ...may be My Diet is not proper and lack some Essential nutrition

    please help :snooker:

    Switch to vegan.if you do it properly and get the right amount of different proteins etc you will feel brilliant.promise.

      Thanks for advice...In fact I am already 90% vegan LOL...may be I need some workout and Running also...

          My weight fluctuates quite a bit. I used to be very active, football, running and boxing...

          I've had a few serious knee ops and that means that when I'm in pain, the amount I can exercise is reduced and I pick up weight. Not a lot, I'm 6'2" and the heaviest I will be is around 200/210 lbs.

          But... it does affect my snooker. When you're slighter, you can concentrate easier and you are more mobile. So physical fitness can't be over looked.

          I will say, when I was about 22 and I decided to put on a bit of muscle mass for my boxing, that really ballsed up my cue action.

            Mmm thanks for advice...I am already Underweight So should I go for some workout plan but for Fitness and stamina only not for putting mass...?
