World championship, who will win?

My money has to be on ronnie on his day he is head and shoulders above any one else.

Yes, Im going with the Rocket again this year.. His ability to play left and right handed gives him the edge as well as his character change in the last year or two.. C'MON THE ROCKET

Yeah the left hand shots he does is awesome. The only left hand shots I do is when I know Ive won and can be bothered to get the rest out

I like Ronnie too, dont think anyone will do a 147 like he did but I want Steven Hendry to win it as he will then be the only player to win it 8 times I think as he is currently even with Steve Davis.

No, i'm pretty sure that Stephen Hendry is the only one who has won it 7 times, with Steve Davis and Ray Reardon who have won it 6, can anyone confirm this, i'm not sure.

yep steve and ray have 6 each only stephen has 7, a feat i think you will agree wont be matched or beaten maybe for a very long time.

Mr Hendry is the only one to win it 7 times, Lets face it Davis doesnt get past the rookies these days so Hendry's record will stand for a few more years

oh i dont know i think if steve davis has a great day he still has one tournement in him, he won the benson and hedges after a lot of lean years beating many of todays big hitters...

I have to say, after reading his autobiography and then seeing how much he has changed recently... as well as his practically unbeatable form and seemingly top-notch morale towards the end of last season - it's gonna have to be the Rocket. If not him, then Doherty 'cos I have to support the Irish players, y'know?
