  • [need advice] Tips for staying still

Could coaches and experts here give some advice on how to stay still?

I'm 6 ft tall, and I always have trouble to keep body staying absolute still when in a somewhat difficult bridge position. (ie, when left forearm/elbow cannot be complete on the table) I can feel my body has minor swinging even when feathering. Recently I have tried to consciously tell myself to have the left hip be still during feathering, and with about 50% weight on left foot and some on left elbow, this seemed to help with my potting success, but would like to hear from the experts here if there are any tips to overcome the minor movements.

Here's a clip of my best break this year, at 1:55, I could see my head was lifting, I know the head needs to be down and still all the time, and I could manage this most of the time. However I also feel if I can keep my body absolutely stationary, my head would not move.

Thanks for any input in advance!
