  • Tapping Fingers

    Hi All

Now what i'm asking is why do most snooker players tap their finger/s just before they're about to take a shot? I do it sometimes but it's just a habit...is there any reason why they do this?

    Cheers

No reason what so ever......has no impact on your game one bit.

Just a little habit....like biting your nails or picking your nose

i do it all the time! something to take away the tension between hitting the shot and it hitting the pocket. I usually do it when i know it's going to be a tight fit!

Tapping of the finger is just a tension reliever, and in most cases can't be helped, it just happens!
