I want to know what is the best value cue for 150 pounds?

At such a price u have got a lot of options -Peradon King is an excellent cue.

for that price, I would go for craftsman cue.

craftsman, mastercue, o'min or mastercraft would be the first places to look.

If the spec suits you a cue that is up for auction probably is the best value for money. A new one on ebay always ends up going for a fair chunk less than it's shop price and a second hand one for as little as a third.
