I have the S8+ Ramon Which for me is very unusual as I always upgrade to an IPhone & must say best phone I've ever had absolutely fantastic bit of kit.

I haven't used the Fingerprint but used the Iris sensor which is excellent.

      Thanks my friend .

Never had a phone with Fingerprint on the back side . Sounds abit odd to me ,tbh .
      Iris sensor , yeah .
I heard about that . well , if that works okey , than no need to use the fingerprint .

      I myself am a Iphone Fan !! ( sorry )
But , i think both phones are fast and okey . Not cheap though !!
I may go for it and make her happy .

      Edit :

BTW, at the moment using a S7 ( not mine ) . got it from my employer.
No complaints at all. very fast .

If you're looking to use Android then HTC is one of the best . No doubt.
What i do'nt understand. why the hell they call Samsungs OP sys, Android?
I have an Iphone (my personal phone)
And I got a Samsung S7 from my employer.
Well, I just do'nt see any difference.
As far as I'm concerned, samsung is using IOS too.

I have an s7 edge. Amazing phone. Looked at s8+ but too similar, so am waiting for the note 8 which looks great!!
I went into a chemist and asked for a deodorant, the assistant said "ball, stick or aerosol", "No, I want it for under my arms!" was my reply.

I've come from an iphone 6s to temporarily using an htc one m8. i feel that ios is an all round more polished user interface thats only got to be optimised for 3 or 4 phones whereas android caters for hundreds and thousands of different phones. on that note surely a google pixel could be a consideration.

I personally am waiting for the iphone 8

                yeah, same here .

well said bud, Could'nt agree more !!

the trouble with Iphone started right after steve jobs died.
Back then, Iphone was indeed special. After his death, a few greedy people took control of apple and changed his lifetime work.

Back then, we had only iphone. Nowadays, you get 5 different iphones per year. iPhone 6/6s/6 +/6 SE/6s +/.........and you name it.
They gonna have to sync the OP sys with all those aaps. This gonna end up in 2/3/updates each month (and sometimes more), with all its consequences.

You pay 800 mark for a iphone. The optimal performance is 2 (max 3 years). then you gonna have to buy a new one.

I wonder how would it be if we would get updates every other week for snooker cues.
Imagine : Mike Wooldridge VCM update. Log in to get the new updates for your cue. :snooker:

As an iphone fan , I surely do hope they pick up the old track .

I have the s8, wish I'd just bought the s7 now. The fingerprint scanner is in a terrible spot. Battery and speed is similar to s7.

Been an android user since the first HTC desire...

The one big difference with android, you can get a great phone for not the big price tag...

                      One plus for a start...

Still can't go wrong with the s7 ...
For that one you've always wanted...

Free sky TV and lots of apps for streaming films and series, I don't have to spend £700 to get a to end phone. Most will also take a memory card....
