sighting problem

Hi all just looking for some advise Ive been coaching my son for some time now and as he has gotten better i can notice that he is seeing the middle of the white slightly off to the right. So my question is the only solution to cue under the right eye more than center or is there any other way of combating this?

i have problems lining upto the left slightly. to solve it i moved my stance to the right slightly. i do now line up to the middle of the white but when i am down in the address position it looks slight left (although its center). so tilting my head to the left bring it back looking center.
