    ok, the deal is this: the kid wants a wii,
    does anybody have one,
    would recommend one,
    which games, etc.
    Is it much better then say, Plays

    If you have kids/family round over Crimbo, they're great fun but the novelty can wear off pretty quick.

    It depends on the size of your living room. Small living room, Wii == bad, big living room, Wii == good.

    I have both an Xbox 360 and PS3, and can tell you that the PS3 is the better machine by far. As far as either stack up against a Wii, I can't help.

    well, meanwhile we binned 'project wii' and got away with the much cheaper eye-toy option (kid seems to be happy)

    Well, at the end of September I oprdered myself a Nintendo Wii and I am not going to tell you from who but it was a well known retailer over the inter

    I got both wii and ps3 and thinking of getting 360, I think wii is for bunch of friends who come over for party and wants to do some button smashing.
