I have only come across a few of Dave Coutts' work. In my opinion, he is a very underated cue maker, whose cues are super value for the money. He does his work by hand the traditional way, and also sells cues/tips/cases by other makers. The few cues that I have come across had very nice shafts with excellent craftsmanship.
