    What if all balls are missed when breaking off? what would the referee call?
    1 Foul - start again?
    2 Foul and a miss?
    3 Foul - pl

    Yeh thats true. It just reinforces my point that people playing don't know the rules. The ref was just a team member and not qualified but I think if
