looks good to me, but these replicas made to look original are so good today they can fool the cue expert.

Hi Matty it's Andy's old cue so I would suspect it to be defiantly genuine. This YEO is very nice but the one David Bennett purchased off me 5 months ago is the best one out there in my opinion as it's a very early 2nd edition.

i think most ye olde ashes have been re inked because so many i have seen were very faded and now they all look mint.

Some definitely have, but I wouldn't say all or even most.
I think you can tell too.. the badges either seem too white i.e. all the yellowing removed - or the opposite, Tony's magic yellowing agent(!) but then it looks too uniform and not how something aged should look.

lol - yes maybe, tony has re inked a lot of them i remember asking him about it once!

Triedandtested the cue that I bought turned out to be a Transitional Edition and rare, same badge as a first but different ash used in the shaft.
