I would say third down on the right is the ones you want , flat back centres and a good bow to the corner .

Why do they not put a cursor link to them which brings up the correct name for them , it would be so much easier They are not listed as EXtra extra broad bow in their listings which I would have thought they would be .

They have no tabs on though like the original BCE ones. and you will see the leather higher than the wood capping using these , as always with these type of leathers allow 1/8th over hang and do any final trimming when the cushions have been tightened up
If you put some double sided carpet tape on the pocket plate this will help keep the leather flat to the plate as these leathers without the tabs can look unsightly is they are allowed to ruck up and show under the leather and the brass plate will be viewable . it would be much better to get those BCE fitted lug leathers than using these . but they could be a stop gap if you do not have time

I will have a look in my stock to see if I have any of these with flat backs . I am ill at the moment with a high fever and on Antibiotics but will look maybe tomorrow if feeling better.

Yes Geoff, they are the ones third down on the right, although they are not listed in the pull-down menu. The code should be 4530 Extra Extra Broad Bow.

Les, I haven't seen any pics of them but I guess you got slates with this table - how does the cut of the falls look?

The slates are still in storage, they look good but I will not know till they arrive.

Hello Everyone, Latest up date. I finished another rail last night now only 4 to go. I am taking the legs today to a friend of mine to see if we can spin them on his lathe which should make things much easier. Geoff I finally received an email from Club King and they had one set of BCE Learhers in stock so I am in luck. They are shipping tomorrow. I have attached a couple photos of my progress.

Yes I am getting very excited. Today I sanded down one leg and then stained it to see how they are going to look. Love the colour of the stain. Also today UPS dropped off my order from Snooker Direct, Tournament Rails with two longer ones for the black end and Nets.

I like that matt look finish . I'm guessing when your friend has done tht spray finish it will be a gloss finish ? A Matt finish would look very nice though .

I think your old table got into your head a little bit , hopefully your new table will bring with it a renewed confidence .

I admire your restraint of not just building it and playing straight away hahaha .Taking your time and refurbing it is going to be worth the wait

The big thing with doing a complete refurb of this table is Les will have a table that not only looks good but he can feel comfortable playing on, which in turn will increase his confidence, so really a win win situation.

I'm with you, it is not going to have a high gloss finish. More like a hand rub polished finish very low sheen.
