  • Les:

See if you can get 'The Inner Game of Golf' from the library (that's where I got it). There are some really useful hints in there that apply directly to snooker, especially the closed eye putting drill.

I bought it a while ago. Just have to sit down and read it.

        • New Photo, I just received my Westbury plate. I want to give a special thanks to Maryfield for finding me one and sending it to me. BCE Badge and my table will be totally complete.

Thanks, anyone that has been here to play has been really impressed with how it looks and how it plays. Floyd has high break so far with 98.

              • Well it has been a while since I setup my table. Still playing perfect and looking as good as ever. Just added new addition to my table today. Spent a couple hours before diner, designed it, built it, stained it, and installed it.

                    • Great read and a cracking looking table, well done Les. I like restoration projects whether it be a house or a snooker table, the work that is involved is amazing and it takes a lot of patience but the results can blow you away just like the quality of the finish on your table and the lengths you have gone too. Geoff's knowledge always amazes me when it comes to snooker tables, i doubt their is anything he doesn't know or hasn't seen both good and bad.

Yes when it comes to any table I have owned Geoff is my first PM to get answers. As for my table this one is staying. One think left to find. I want the under table rest caddy for the Spider, Extended Spider and Swan but having trouble finding one. Anyone know where I can find one? I would like a brass one but black will do.

                            • I wanted the caddies- there are some with the table but I use them only for the short tackle. I am going to source another cue rack for the long tackle. I worry that held horizontally they will bend.

                              • Hi guys thought I would share with you my new addition to my table. I have mounted an LED Temp Read Out. It is connected to a probe that is fastened to the Center of the slate and in cased in insulation on the bottom side to protect from giving me room temp instead of slate temp.
