  • That woods really dark isn't it. I wonder if it was transported next to something giving out alot of heat? Wouldn't explain the chips tho

    • Ordered this lovely cue today. One of THE best shafts I have ever seen IMHO. Must be a great player too.

I got it direct. Was cheaper than ebay.

Nice cue and great pics, it's not easy getting clear pic of whole cue in one shot, you must have a decent camera

                          • New for me lol, second hand actually but it has seen less than 10 frames. Selected shaft @ 57.25 inches,9.7tip,30mm butt. The burr is very nice

Cue2. Mastercraft. ¾ Jointed. Had a few Mastercraft. Good value for the money.
Cue3. C-Brand from Thailand. Bought from Unclevit. Superb shaft, splicing etc. as good as any of the other more expensive Thai cues.
Cue4. Ton Praram Series 2. Superb cue. Bang on the specs I asked for. Single splice of Macasser Ebony.
Cue5. Robert Osborne Red Plate. Was lucky enough to purchase this direct from Robert in February. Superb cue as you would expect. Shaft “looks” not as good as Praram or C-Brand. Few blemishes but nothing that effects playability.
After much deliberating have decided that the Osborne will be my playing cue. No more buying cues looking for “The One”.
that tom praram design is classy, i would love to have that cue, one day
