had a cue from shaun nice enough cue but had a friction polish on it that made it sticky if he oiled his cues
        they would be excellent.

if you look at the makers previous ebay sales he sold a 3/4 with pretty much the same pattern and a 9.5mm tip for £163 + delivery.

If you are interested in the cue, you'd probably be £200 ish better off contacting the maker direct.

good luck to the chap who's made the cue and i am sure it's not easy, but when you start to base your design for the cue and get your idea from the socks worn by the lollipop kids in wizard of oz you will run into trouble imo.

the design is very similar to thise done by Crispian Jones (and I think Jim Evans has had a go as well recently) nad yes it may not be to everyone's taste - just like socks
(today I have Homer Simpson socks on - hmmmm donuts )

The badges are different, the one piece is handmade the 3/4 is customised hence the big difference in price i guess

                  LOL, i didn't notice that.

Shows what a lack of sleep will do to you. Cheers for pointing out my mistake Adam.

Could still be worth the OP contacting the maker to see what he'd charge.

Sean made lots of cues that were unbadged and often looked very familliar to those of James Butters. Recently he appeared to stop making his own cues and started buying cues in to refurbish them then sell them on ebay. Guess it was easier money for him and less time consuming.

Shame cus the guys got a real talent. JB started to re-badge his cues again after all the publicity on here of late and now prices for his cues have shot through the roof.
