Hi just a quick question had a new tournament cloth on and just would like to know how slack should the cloth be before restretch? Thanks

It shouldn't be noticeably slack to begin with.

To be honest, on my table, I don't ever bother with a re stretch, I just get a new cloth. It's the fitter's time that costs.
