You can only buy the IBSF templates and I believe they are $200(US) or maybe $400(US) as I bought a set 3 years ago and can't remember but it's posted on their site.

You cannot buy B&SCC templates unless you happen upon a retired ref who wants to sell his set. B&SCC is now defunct as an organization with IBSF taking over.

You cannot buy WPBSA templates either as they don't sell them.

There might be some table manufacturers out their with their own set of templates but I've never heard of any of them selling a set.

        Thanks guys.

The other day, I was tinkering with the idea of pooling some money together with friends to own snooker and pool tables. Snooker pocket templates came to mind, as I was thinking of installing the biggest templates available (to avoid scrappy frames and just enjoy the process of potting balls, perhaps in time that will change).

          throtts:

Ask them if you can trace them out on a piece of paper, although you have to do both top and bottom. Then on each drawing draw a straight line like 6" long with exact measurement so people can figure out the scale.

Then scan them and post them here if you can. My set of drawings were made when they were using BCE table and I don't know if the WPBSA templates have changed since they switched tables.

The isbf templates (according to the drawings ive seen) say there is a main template and a lower template. I assume this lower template shows how much undercut on the cushion there should be? Is this also the template that shows the slate drop?

Does anyone know how thick the lower template should be to show the proper undercut?
