when you fit the chalked ones they feel soft at the edge - I suspect they are a totally different maker and tip.

Used one late last year, like them. I`ll use again next tip change, soft one I think

i still have some, don't really use them personally but they are nice, no longer available now i believe.

I bought a box of soft, medium and hard Grand tips as I heard that the tip maker is no more. I use Grand hard on my Pear cue and its very good to play with.
